The usual copyright law applies, and it's important to us as a small business.

Like you, we are musicians. Any pirating of our work steals it from us - thank you for respecting us and reading this.
It is forbidden by UK and international law to copy, share or reproduce your New Vibe sheet music, with very few exceptions. To absolutely all extents, our paperless music counts as physical sheet music, and enjoys all the same legal protections.

This is important, as our livelihoods count on the honesty of our fellow musicians and customers :)
Performance rights information
We want it to be easy to perform our music. Unlike other publishers, New Vibe doesn't control or manage performance or mechanical rights to the music we sell. The copyright remains with the composer, as we want it to remain their music. This applies internationally.

Below is a guide to each piece, and what (if anything) you need to do. If you're unsure, contact the composer.
Time Song - Guy Courtie: not PRS registered - no action needed
SHUT-EYE - Lewis Kentaro Isaacs: not PRS registered - no action needed
BUGS ME - Courtie/Kentaro: not PRS registered - no action needed
Highway - Rob Hughes: not PRS registered - no action needed
Recording information
If you'd like to create a recording of a New Vibe-published piece, you must contact the composer to agree a licence. New Vibe does not control rights pertaining to licencing, recording, etc, as we want that control and discretion to remain with the artist.

Contact newvibe.uk@gmail.com and ask to be put in touch. We'll make everything as easy as possible.
